　　发射3个多月后，爱因斯坦探针卫星(即：EP卫星)27日发布了第一批在轨探测图像。中国科学院上海技术物理研究所(以下简称：上海技物所)是EP卫星的研制方之一。中国科学院院士、上海技物所研究员孙胜利在沪受访时表示，EP卫星终于“张开了眼睛”，这让人非常振奋。

　　——“相机”升级

　　EP卫星上搭载了两个载荷——国际首台宽视场X射线望远镜(WXT)和后随X射线望远镜(FXT)。WXT是目前国际上探测灵敏度和空间分辨率最高的大视场X射线望远镜，对发现宇宙中的新天体、新现象和新规律具有里程碑式的意义。WXT由上海技物所与中国科学院国家天文台(国家天文台)联合研制，其微孔光学(MPO)关键元件由北方夜视提供。

　　EP卫星首席科学家助理、国家天文台研究员张臣在受访时称，相比其他X射线望远镜，EP卫星好比实现了从油车到新能源车的技术迭代。

　　张臣说，X射线是能量非常高的光子，通过研究X射线的性质，科研人员可以探知一些物理事件，“在黑洞潮汐瓦解、恒星爆炸等一系列天文事件中，海量的能量瞬间释放，产生的大量X射线光子‘横扫’宇宙，这使得X射线成为观测这些天文事件最好的窗口。”

　　EP卫星就像一台宽视场的“相机”，可以拍摄天空的X射线“电影”，来监测天体的活动和爆发。EP卫星的探测能力比现有国际同类设备的提高一个量级以上，能发现更遥远和更微弱的信号，看得更清晰，定位更精准。

　　WXT载荷主任设计师、上海技物所副研究员孙小进介绍说，EP卫星有两个载荷，WXT的主要目标就是发现宇宙中的爆发源，“举个例子，好比过年时晚上看外面有没有人放烟花，WXT发现有人放烟花之后，另外一个载荷FXT就相当于一个深视场的望远镜，会‘盯着’看。”

　　天文观测中，全天球范围约为40000平方度，在如此巨大的视场下，想要捕捉并“盯住”随机出现、转瞬即逝的暂现源，难度可想而知。因此，只有设计出针对随机性事件观察的设备，才有可能大规模地发现和研究这些随机性的天文事件。

　　WXT首次采用微孔龙虾眼X射线聚焦成像技术，龙虾眼由12个宽视场X射线光学镜头模块构成，视场约3850平方度，约为1/11个天区，填补了国际上在软X射线波段高灵敏度大视场全天监测设备上的空白。(完)
